Prohibited Services & Activities

To promote safety, responsible advertising, and compliance with platform standards, certain services and activities may not be advertised, promoted, requested, implied, or facilitated through The Harlot Pages.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Natural services or services advertised as being provided without appropriate protection;

  • Unsafe sexual practices;

  • Coercive, exploitative, or non-consensual activities;

The Harlot Pages reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any content that breaches these standards.

Serious breaches may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities where required.

Honest & Accurate Listings

All listings must be truthful and not misleading.

This includes:

  • Accurate photos;

  • Accurate location information;

  • Accurate pricing where displayed;

  • Truthful descriptions;

  • Genuine availability claims;

  • Accurate contact information.

You must not impersonate another person, advertiser, creator, agency, business, or organisation.

Fake, misleading, deceptive, or impersonation-based listings may be removed immediately.

Images, Media & Content Standards

All uploaded content must:

  • Be lawful to publish;

  • Belong to you or be used with permission;

  • Accurately represent the person or business advertised;

  • Not contain minors;

  • Not infringe copyright, privacy, or image rights;

  • Not contain malware, harmful files, or deceptive links.

We reserve the right to remove low-quality, deceptive, stolen, misleading, unsafe, or policy-breaching content.

Consent Requirements

You may only upload or advertise persons who have knowingly consented to being listed.

For agencies or multi-profile accounts, you must hold authority to publish:

  • Names;

  • Photographs;

  • Likeness;

  • Descriptions;

  • Pricing;

  • Service information.

Consent must be voluntary, informed, ongoing, and capable of being withdrawn at any time.

Listings published without consent may be removed immediately.

Age Verification & Identity Verification

The Harlot Pages may request age verification, identity confirmation, ownership verification, or supporting documentation at any time.

Advertisers may also voluntarily apply for profile verification.

Verification requests may require:

  • A full-body photograph;

  • A handwritten note displaying:

    • The advertiser’s username;

    • The current date;

    • “The Harlot Pages”.

Failure to provide requested information may result in:

  • Delayed approval;

  • Restricted visibility;

  • Listing suspension;

  • Account suspension;

  • Permanent removal.

Right to Work & Legal Eligibility

Advertisers and agencies are solely responsible for ensuring that any person advertised is legally entitled to work in New Zealand where applicable.

We may request declarations or supporting information.

Failure to verify eligibility may result in suspension or termination.

Zero Tolerance: Exploitation, Coercion & Trafficking

The Harlot Pages maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward:

  • Human trafficking;

  • Coercion;

  • Forced work;

  • Intimidation;

  • Threats;

  • Violence;

  • Deceptive recruitment;

  • Exploitation of vulnerable persons;

  • Control through fear, abuse, or manipulation.

Accounts linked to such concerns may be removed immediately and referred to appropriate authorities where necessary.

Harassment, Threats & Abuse

All users must behave respectfully.

We do not tolerate:

  • Threats;

  • Stalking;

  • Blackmail;

  • Hate speech;

  • Harassment;

  • Repeated unwanted contact;

  • Intimidation;

  • Doxxing;

  • Privacy abuse;

  • Abusive reviews or messages.

Reviews & Ratings Standards

Such conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent bans.

  • Use caution when making payments;

  • Discuss boundaries clearly;

  • Respect consent at all times;

Submitting a listing, review, profile, advertisement, or account does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, visibility, or continued access.

We may refuse, delay, remove, restrict, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for:

  • Safety;

  • Legal compliance;

  • Verification failures;

  • Policy enforcement;

  • Payment issues;

  • Technical reasons;

  • Reputational concerns.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy rights, image rights, or intellectual property, please contact us with sufficient supporting information.

We may remove content while investigating.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We aim to handle reports and complaints sensitively.

However, we may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
