These Pre-Launch Waitlist & Early Access Terms (“Pre-Launch Terms”) apply to any person who joins the waitlist, submits an enquiry, requests a free listing, applies for early access, or otherwise interacts with pre-launch features of The Harlot Pages (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms should be read together with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform.

By submitting your details through any pre-launch form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Pre-Launch Phase

The pre-launch website is intended to:

  • gauge market interest

  • collect waitlist registrations

  • collect provider / venue / agency enquiries

  • build an early user community

  • prepare listings and onboarding workflows

  • communicate launch updates

The pre-launch site is promotional and informational in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Launch Date

Any proposed launch date, release window, or expected timeline is indicative only.

We may delay, pause, modify, or cancel launch plans at any time without liability.

3. No Guarantee of Access or Approval

Joining the waitlist, submitting a form, or requesting a free listing does not guarantee:

  • account approval

  • listing approval

  • launch access

  • priority placement

  • free upgrades

  • business partnership

  • availability in any location

All approvals remain subject to our discretion, moderation standards, verification requirements, and operational capacity.

4. Free Listing Requests

Where we advertise “Free Basic Listings” or similar offers:

  • offers may be limited, modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time

  • eligibility criteria may apply

  • listing types, features, duration, or visibility may change

  • approval is not automatic

  • premium upgrades may be offered separately

5. Early Access Communications

By joining the waitlist or submitting a pre-launch form, you consent to receiving communications from us relating to:

  • launch updates

  • onboarding invitations

  • feature announcements

  • promotional offers

  • support responses

  • account or listing opportunities

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information.

We may disregard or remove submissions containing:

  • spam

  • abusive content

  • ranking position

  • business success

Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

  • user flows

  • categories

  • policies

Nothing displayed pre-launch creates a binding commitment unless expressly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, text, graphics, website designs, and related materials remain our property or licensed to us.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse pre-launch content without permission.
