- accurate contact information.
You must not impersonate any person, creator, worker, agency, or business.
Fake or deceptive listings may be removed immediately.
- Image, Media & Content Standards
All uploaded content must:
- be lawful to publish;
- belong to you or be used with permission;
- accurately represent the person or business advertised;
- not contain minors;
- not infringe copyright, privacy, or image rights;
- not contain malware, harmful files, or deceptive links.
We may remove low-quality, deceptive, stolen, unsafe, or policy-breaching content.
- Consent Requirements
You may only upload or advertise persons who have knowingly consented to being listed.
For agencies or multi-profile accounts, you must hold authority to publish:
- names;
- likeness;
- photographs;
- descriptions;
- pricing or service details.
Listings published without consent may be removed immediately.
- Age Verification Rights
We may request age verification, identity confirmation, or supporting evidence at any time.
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
- delayed approval;
- restricted visibility;
- suspension;
- permanent removal.
- Right to Work / Legal Eligibility
Advertisers and agencies are solely responsible for ensuring that any person advertised is legally entitled to work in New Zealand where required.
We may request declarations or supporting information.
Failure to verify may result in suspension or termination.
- Zero Tolerance: Exploitation / Coercion / Trafficking
We do not permit:
- trafficking;
- coercion;
- intimidation;
- threats;
- violence;
- forced work;
- deceptive recruitment;
- exploitation of vulnerable persons;
- control through fear or abuse.
Accounts linked to such concerns may be removed immediately and reported where appropriate.
- Harassment, Threats & Abuse
All users must behave respectfully.
We do not tolerate:
- threats;
- stalking;

Such conduct may result in immediate and permanent bans.

We encourage users to:

- meet safely;
- protect personal information;

- report suspicious conduct;
- trust instincts if something feels wrong.
Any off-platform interaction is at your own risk.
- Complaints & Reporting

- verification failures;
- reputational concerns;
- technical reasons;
- policy enforcement.
- Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, or image rights, contact us with sufficient supporting information.
We may remove content while investigating.
